  • Wash & Dry your fingertip.

    Twist lancet’s blue top to remove the cap. Align the lancet against your chosen fingertip and press firmly.

    Wipe away the first drop of blood.

    Fill the circle on the blood spot card completely, starting at the center of the circle.

    Label the DNA collection kit’s coin envelope with your Account ID on the Milo Care+ app.

    To ensure proper registration, locate the DNA kit ID on the coin envelope and enter the ID in the Milo Care+ app.

    Insert the specimen kit into the prepaid Business Reply Mail and send it back to us.

  • The best time for providing a sample is when you wake up in the morning.

    Wait 30 mins after eating, drinking or smoking before providing a sample.

    Fill with Saliva, up to the 4ml line. Your Saliva will mix with the preservative fluid.

  • Open The Milo Care+ app

    1. Navigate to the Milo Care + app dashboard home tab.

    2. Select a record to add to your wallet.

    3. Click on “Add to Apple Health”.

    4. Click on “Open in Health”.

    5. Add to "Wallet & Health".

  • A patient must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on the MILO CARE+ app.

    An adult must create or already have an account and then they can register a dependent (younger than 18) to their account.

    If your child received at least 1 dose of vaccine from Milo Care then all doses they received in Florida will now be accessible to you in the Milo Care+ app.

    New Patients : If you have never received a vaccine from Milo Care.

    1. Login to an adult/parent/guardian account on the Milo care App.

    2. Navigate to the Family Member tab on the Milo Care+ app.

    3. Click on “Add a family member” and register their name and date of birth.

    4. Once the Child is registered, navigate to the Vaccine Report tab on the Milo Care+ app.

    5. Click on Add/Amend Record on the Milo Care+ app.

    6. Or submit a record request for your child from Live Support or CLICK HERE

    A child’s vaccination record will be verified and loaded to the the parents login.

    View all family records on the Milo Care+ app Vaccine Report tab by selecting the Patient Name.

  • All patient’s from 18 years are required to register their own MILO CARE+ account using a unique email address that is securely accessible to them. Adults may send each other a request to join a family account.

    OPEN THE MILO CARE+ APP

    1. Navigate to the Family Member tab.

    2. Click on “Add a family member” and register their name, date of birth, email and telephone number.

    3. The “Add a family member” request is sent by email and in-app notification.

    4. Join the family by accepting the request in the Alert button in the MILO CARE+ app.

    Once the “Add a family member” request is accepted, each adult with be able to view records for each registered member in the family.

    View all family records on the Vaccine Report tab by selecting the Patient Name.

  • Navigate to www.milo.care Support "Missing or Erroneous Vaccination Records" and let us know about any missing or erroneous vaccine dose.

    If Milo Care administered the dose then the record will be corrected within a few business days.

    If the error or omission is from another provider, Milo Care will let you know about the best way to fix that error.

    After we consulte with the DoH, you may be required to ask the provider to correct the DoH registry before Milo Care or the DoH is able to verify the missing dose.

SMART Health Cards contain a secure QR code and may be saved digitally or printed on paper.

    You can get a Covid-19 SMART Health Card through a qualified issuer, such as Milo Care. An issuer is any organization authorized by the Verifiable Clinical Information coalition (VCI) to generate these cards, including pharmacies, hospitals, healthcare providers, medical labs, public health agencies, and more.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time, from the moment of purchase until the specimen kit is shipped to the laboratory. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at returns@milo.care

Refund Policy

1. Full Refund (Before Collection Kit Shipment)

If you decide to cancel your order before the specimen collection kit is shipped to you, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges. The full refund will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing the order. Please allow 5 for the refund to be processed.

2. Refund with Deduction (After Kit Shipment)

Once the specimen kit is shipped to you, you may still request a refund. However, a deduction of $20 will be applied to cover the cost of the specimen collection kit, which is non-returnable once shipped. The remaining balance of your purchase price, excluding the $20 deduction, will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 5 for the refund to be processed.

Delivery of Services Policy

At Milo Care, we are dedicated to providing a straightforward and efficient DNA testing service that ensures accuracy, privacy, and convenience. Our service delivery comprises the following key steps:

1. Place your Order

  • Begin the process by placing an order for your DNA test through our user-friendly website at www.milo.care.

  • Your DNA test kit will be dispatched promptly and is expected to arrive at your designated address within 2-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your kit is on its way.

2. Complete Your Sample

  • Upon receiving your DNA test kit, carefully follow the provided instructions for collecting your DNA sample.

  • The collection process is as simple as a cheek swab, which you can comfortably perform at home.

  • After collecting your sample, securely package the swab in the envelope provided.

  • Please make sure to label your DNA test specimens with your a unique Patient ID before returning them to us. This ID ensures the proper identification and processing of your sample.

  • This Patient ID can only be obtained through your profile on the Milo Care Plus iOS or Google Apps.

  • Place the labeled specimens into the pre-paid mailer included in your kit and send it back to us. The postage is already covered, so no additional costs are incurred.

3. Analyze Your Sample

  • Your DNA sample will be received at our state-of-the-art laboratory, which is accredited by both CAP (College of American Pathologists) and CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments). These certifications signify our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in genetic testing.

  • Our team of skilled professionals will meticulously analyze your DNA sample, adhering to strict quality control protocols, to ensure precise and reliable results.

4. Receive Your DNA Report

  • Approximately 2 weeks after receiving your DNA sample at our laboratory, your comprehensive DNA report will be generated and made available.

  • Your results will be exclusively accessible through the Milo Care Plus mobile app. You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play if you haven't already.

  • To access your results, simply log in to the app using the credentials you created during the ordering process.

The Milo Care Plus App

If you already have a profile on the Milo Care Plus app, you can proceed to retrieve your Patient ID as follows:

  1. Open the Milo Care Plus app on your iOS or Android device.

  2. Log in to your existing account using your credentials.

  3. Locate and note down your unique Patient ID within your profile.

However, if you do not currently have a Milo Care Plus app profile, it is essential to create one before returning your DNA test specimen. Here's how to get started:

For iOS Users:

  1. Visit the App Store on your iOS device.

  2. Search for "Milo Care Plus" and download the app. <CLICK HERE>

  3. Open the app and select "Create Account" to set up your profile.

  4. Follow the prompts to complete your profile and obtain your Patient ID.

For Android (Google) Users:

  1. Visit Google Play on your Android device.

  2. Search for "Milo Care Plus" and install the app. <CLICK HERE>

  3. Open the app and choose "Create Account" to establish your profile.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your profile and obtain your Patient ID.

Once you have your unique Patient ID from the Milo Care Plus app, please make sure to label your DNA test specimens with this ID before returning them to us. This ID ensures the proper identification and processing of your sample.
